Hi, I’m Tara!

I’m an Ayurvedic practitioner, body therapist, traditional Tantra Hatha Yoga teacher, and a holistic health & nutrition coach. For over 8 years, I’ve supported people from all walks of life in living with more harmony and understanding of their body and mind. I also facilitate conscious dance practice and somatic embodiment work, because I truly believe in the power of the mind-body connection—healing one without the other simply isn't possible.

My journey began with struggles of my own: from battling issues like weight fluctuations, PCOS, chronic bloating, and digestive troubles, to emotional ups and downs. These issues felt overwhelming at times, and for a long time, I thought that this was just how life was supposed to be.

Then, in 2014, I was introduced to Ayurveda.

Rather than being a quick fix, Ayurveda helped me slow down and tune into my body. I began to understand how my body was communicating with me through its symptoms and how to listen to those cues with awareness. Through the guidance of my teachers and mentors, I discovered how much wisdom the body holds, and how, by increasing my self-awareness, I could gradually start to find balance and harmony.

Through this process, I found a deeper connection between my body and mind, and learned how to nourish myself in ways that supported both my physical health and emotional well-being.

Today, I offer support through Ayurveda, mindfulness, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and dance practices. I teach people how to listen to their bodies, honor their needs, and develop lasting, positive habits that lead to real, sustainable change.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda means “The Science of Life.” Ayurvedic knowledge originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and is often called the “Mother of All Healing.” 

Ayurvedic principles enable individuals to understand how to create balance in the body and mind according to their own unique constitution.


How is LIVING AYURVEDA Delivered?

How much of my time will it require?

That’s up to you! The course is designed to be digested over an 8-week period, but it can be completed as fast or as relaxed as you wish.
