Hi, I’m Tara!
I’m an Ayurvedic practitioner and body therapist, a traditional Tantra Hatha Yoga teacher, as well as a holistic health and nutrition coach.
I work with women from around the world helping them live in alignment with their constitution and thrive in all aspects of their lives, using the science and ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.
Ayurveda came into my life in 2014. As a teenager and in my early 20s I was always fascinated by the mind-body connection and how our thoughts, feels, emotions are really the primary foods that we consume on a daily basis!
When I was younger, I was in a constant battle with my body for almost a decade, pushing myself over my limits both mentally and physically. This resulted in extreme weight loss, amenorrhea and PCOS, as well as chronic bloating and stomach cramps. I also suffered from mood swings and I experienced frequent dips in energy. To put it in short, I was not in a good space. But I thought it was ok- because a lot of people around me had similar symptoms.
I started developing a spiritual practice, with the guidance of my cousin and discovered Ayurveda along the way. I instantly felt a deep connection to this ancient science. I was hooked. I started reading, learning, studying and practicing Ayurveda. I started living Ayurveda.
With the help of my Ayurvedic practitioner, I healed my PCOS & amenorrhea in a year! I healed my gut, and my digestive system too- no more bloating, gas or constipation. I stabilized my mood, and I finally reclaimed my spark for life!
And this is why I’m here, I want to teach you how to apply Ayurveda in your life so that you can reclaim your health too and live the vibrant and beautiful life you deserve.
Ayurveda is the science of life. When we live according to our constitution and know how to navigate our external environment, we live our best and healthiest life.

-How much of my time will it require?
